Information You Enter Into Our Tools

Some ChinaVisitorTools features allow you to enter information such as:

• a destination name;
• an address;
• an entrance or gate;
• a destination contact number;
• a personal card label;
• travel preferences related to the tool you are using.

For the current version of Chinese Taxi Card, this information is processed locally in your browser.

ChinaVisitorTools does not receive or store this content on its servers.

You should avoid entering unnecessary personal or sensitive information into optional fields.

Local Storage

Some tools may use browser storage, such as localStorage, to make the tool more convenient to use.

Chinese Taxi Card may save an unfinished draft on your device so that your information is not lost if you refresh or reopen the page.

Chinese Taxi Card may also save recently created cards in local storage so that you can reopen and edit their source information.

This information remains in your browser and is not transmitted to ChinaVisitorTools as part of these local-saving features.

You can delete a recent Chinese Taxi Card from within the tool. Clearing the relevant website data in your browser will also remove locally stored drafts and recent card records.

Generated and Saved Files

When a tool allows you to create or save an image, such as a Chinese Taxi Card PNG, the image is generated on your device.

ChinaVisitorTools does not currently upload or store these generated images on its servers.

Once you save or share a generated file, it is handled by your device, browser, operating system, cloud-storage provider, messaging service, or any other service you choose to use. Their own privacy policies may then apply.

Technical and Network Data

ChinaVisitorTools uses third-party infrastructure to host, deliver, secure, and operate the website.

Our infrastructure provider may process technical information associated with website requests, such as:

• IP address;
• request date and time;
• requested URL;
• browser or device information;
• network and security information;
• error and performance information.

This type of information may be processed for website delivery, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.

We do not use the content you enter into Chinese Taxi Card for advertising profiles or behavioral tracking.

Hosting and Infrastructure

ChinaVisitorTools uses Cloudflare infrastructure to deliver and protect the website.

Cloudflare may process network and request information as part of providing its services.

Our current tools are designed so that the travel information you enter into Chinese Taxi Card does not need to be sent to ChinaVisitorTools application servers for storage.

Analytics

ChinaVisitorTools currently does not use Google Analytics or another third-party behavioral analytics service.

We may use basic infrastructure-level information needed to understand whether the website is operating correctly, but we do not currently build user profiles or track individual visitors across unrelated websites.

If we introduce additional analytics technology in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy when appropriate.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

ChinaVisitorTools does not currently use cookies for advertising or behavioral profiling.

Our infrastructure or security provider may use technically necessary cookies or similar mechanisms when required to provide security, network protection, or related functionality.

Browser local storage used by a tool, such as Chinese Taxi Card draft and recent card storage, is used for functionality on your device rather than advertising tracking.

Search Engines

ChinaVisitorTools may use webmaster tools such as Google Search Console to help us understand whether public pages can be discovered, crawled, and indexed by search engines.

We do not use Google Search Console to receive the private content you enter into tools such as Chinese Taxi Card.

Only public website pages intended for search engines are submitted or made available for indexing.

If you contact us by email, we will receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address and message content.

We use that information only as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain correspondence, or address a relevant issue.

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.

Third-Party Links and Services

ChinaVisitorTools may link to third-party websites, travel services, booking platforms, maps, payment services, or other external resources.

When you leave ChinaVisitorTools or use a third-party service, that service operates under its own terms and privacy practices.

ChinaVisitorTools is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites or services.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We do not currently operate an advertising-data marketplace or sell information entered into our tools.

Technical information may be processed by service providers that help us host, secure, and operate the website, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information if required by applicable law or if reasonably necessary to protect the security and integrity of the website.

Data Retention

Information stored locally by a tool remains under the control of your browser or device until it is cleared, replaced, or removed.

Generated files remain wherever you choose to save them.

Infrastructure providers may retain limited technical or security logs according to their configurations, retention periods, and applicable policies.

If you contact us by email, correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, maintain relevant records, or handle follow-up communication.

International Processing

ChinaVisitorTools is intended for travelers from different countries and regions.

Because we use global Internet infrastructure and service providers, technical information associated with website access may be processed in countries or regions other than the place from which you are visiting the website.

Children

ChinaVisitorTools is a general travel utility website and is not specifically directed at children.

Our current tools do not require users to create accounts or intentionally submit personal profiles.

If future services introduce features that materially change how personal information is collected or stored, we will review and update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

Your Choices

You can choose not to provide optional information in our tools.

You can clear locally stored website data using your browser settings.

You can also choose not to save or share files generated by a tool.

ChinaVisitorTools may add or change tools over time.
